Booking policies

• 2 night minimum stay is required on long weekends and holidays
• All rates are based on 4 person occupancy per room accommodation.
• Room rates that are subject to 5% GST, 4% Alberta Tourism Levy and 2% Banff Tourism Fee
• All Juniper hotel accommodation rates quoted are in Canadian dollars
• Cancellation notice of 72 hours is required (5 days for chalets and penthouse accommodations). Five day cancellation notice applies to the Christmas holiday season.
• Pets are welcome and are $25 per pet, per day. CNIB dogs are free of charge.
• All rooms, suites, chalets and penthouse accommodations are non-smoking.
• Accommodation for children 15 years and younger is free.
• Valid credit card is required at check in for incidental charges
